MORE ABOUT TODD

Roots - Todd Minniear is a Butler County guy! He grew up in West Chester and is a graduate of Lakota High School as were both of his parents and many of his aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is proud of the area history and the midwestern conservative values he learned as a kid that are still shared by Liberty Township residents today.

Family – Todd and his Lakota sweetheart Jamie just celebrated their 30-year anniversary. They have two sons who graduated from Lakota and have followed in their mother’s footsteps as successful entrepreneurs.

Education – Todd is a graduate of Lakota High School; he holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Cincinnati with a double major in Finance and Marketing, and was awarded a full scholarship as a General Motors Fellow where he earned his MBA at Indiana University in Bloomington.

Work Experience – After graduating from UC Todd went to work for General Electric Aircraft Engines in Evendale as a financial analyst. He then moved to the auto industry working 10 years for General Motors as a District Manager and then a Brand Manager in Luxury Cars. He was transferred 8 times in his 10 years with GM, barely getting a chance to unpack! In 1999 his mother became ill, so he and his family moved back to Liberty Twp. to be with her and Todd took a position as a Senior Marketing Director with AT&T. Now, Todd has been with Procter and Gamble since 2010 and is currently a Brand Director in Oral Care working on great businesses like Crest and Oral-B.

Todd’s wife Jamie is a passionate Montessorian committed to fighting for children to be put first in all decisions. (She even has a tattoo on her arm that says “Faith, Freedom, and Children.”) In 2010, Jamie and Todd opened Community Montessori School (CMS) in Old West Chester with 16 preschool students. It grew over the years and in 2018 they purchased a beautiful 12-acre property in Liberty Township that now serves over 100 students preschool-8th grade. Todd and Jamie are most thankful for the talented and gifted team of CMS staff and the amazing families who entrust their children to the school.

Free Time – Todd gets peace from his faith, loves being with family and long-time friends, and relaxes by staying fit. You will see him playing platform tennis multiple times a week at Four Bridges CC in Liberty Township year-round whether it’s 10 degrees or 90 degrees!
